Can I return my goods if I'm not happy with them?

Yes, however we don't normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.  You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit note where goods are faulty, wrongly described or don't do what they are supposed to do.   Please let us know within 28 days of receiving your purchase that you would like to return it.
A copy of the invoice that accompanied the order must be included with returns or exchanges. Please allow 14 days to credit your credit card or to receive any exchanged items. Please return any damaged items to:

Are Ribbies Clippies Products made from non toxic materials? 

Yes. Ribbies Clippies are made from 100% non-toxic materials and are free of rhinestones, bows and other appliqués that could be choking hazards.

Ribbies Inc products sold by Dots and Daisies are not toys. Dots and Daisies is not responsible for injury caused by Ribbies products. Please use reasonable care, caution and supervision to ensure your child's safety.

Are your products always in stock? 

We endeavour to keep all of our items in stock. If any more popular items are currently out of stock this will be clearly marked next to that item on the website.  If we are unable to fulfill your order for whatever reason we will let you know within 48 hours and any payments will be fully refunded.

You don’t stock our school colours, can we make a request?

Absolutely.  We have a wide range of colours we can choose from to produce either Clippies or Bows.   Please let us know if there is a particular colour you would like and we’ll do our best to include it in when we come to re-ordering.  If you would like a specific colour produced just for you, your club or school then please get in touch via our Contact Page and we’ll discuss further as production leadtimes and minimum quantities will apply.   

What postal service do you use? 

All of our products will be posted via regular Australia Post, unless otherwise specified.  Dots and Daisies will despatch orders within 24 – 48 hours of receipt of payment (assuming stock is available).  Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.  Dots and Daisies will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by industrial action by the postal service.  It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the postal address that you give us is correct and accurate.   To keep the postage costs as low as possible parcels are sent regular mail, we will keep a receipt of postage, however if you would prefer registered or express post please let us know via the Contact Us page.

How much does postage cost?

To keep it simple, and postage costs as low as possible, our rates of parcel post take into account the weight of the products.

Rates are as follows (all postage rates are Australia wide);

Up to 500 grams - $2.50
500g 2kg - $12.00
2kg to 3kg - $20.00

Orders of $75 or more qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

The shopping cart will autmatically calcuate the weight of your order and you can request a shipping quote prior to checkout.

To take advantage of the free shipping if your order total is more than $75 please select $0.00 as your shipping cost.

Do you deliver internationally? 

Yes. For international orders please contact us via our website before placing your order as postage will depend on the country of delivery.

Can I request a faster postal service such as a courier? 

Yes. For faster delivery options please contact us via our contact form before you place your order.

What form of payment do you accept? 

Dots and Daisies accepts payment with all major credit and debit cards. 

Do you accept cheques and bank transfers?
 

Yes. Please contact us through our website if you would like to make an order and pay by cheque.  During checkout there will be an option to pay by direct debit.  Please select this option and you will be advised bank details.   We're sure you'll understand that we cannot despatch goods until payments are cleared and this may take up to 5 working days.

Why is the bottom prong of the hair clip not fully covered in ribbon? 

After designing several prototypes Ribbies discovered that the clips secure much better to the hair this way. They also had requests from several mums to make it this way because they use the prong to part the hair before putting the clip in.
