Can I return my goods if I'm not happy with them? 

Yes, you are welcome to return your goods to swap size or style within 14 business days after your purchase is made, or you may request a refund. You will need to cover your postage (just reuse the postage satchel we send to you if possible). You swapped item, credit note or refund will occur within a 7 day time frame or sooner if possible. Make sure you state your order number and instructions with the item being sent back to us.

How do I find products on your website?

Find products on our site by clicking on our category menu or subcategories (these appear when you click on any main category).

Find products by typing the product type or descriptive words into our search box, e.g. hair clips or purses or blankets. You can also search by brand e.g. Pure Poppet

Are your products always in stock?

We display all products that we stock on our website, from time to time a product with be out of stock and this will appear under the product description when you are browsing around our store. Items are ordered when they become unavailable and are back in stock between 7-21 days.

Are your products & gifts appropriate for 0-12 year olds?

We categorize our items into appropriate age range suitability in our category menu e.g. baby gifts, gifts for 1-3 years. This will help you find something perfect and appropriate. We source highly reputable products and from brands we believe in so you can’t go wrong.

Do you gift wrap?

What are your delivery timeframes?

Dispatch of your items occurs 24-48 hours after your order and payment has been confirmed on our system. We will send you email notification. Expect your items to arrive between 1-6 days depending on the shipping option you select at the checkout. Orders over $99 attract FREE express shipping.

What are your postage options? 

You have three options.

1.   Standard $4 flat rate

2.   Express $8.95

3.   Express FREE with orders $99 or more


Do you deliver internationally? 

Yes. For international orders please contact us via our website before placing your order as postage will depend on the country of delivery.

What form of payment do you accept? 

Two methods of payment

1.   PayPal. The best most secure online payment options. You can select this at the checkout. You can use your existing PayPal account or just cruise through without one.

2.   Direct Deposit. We display out bank details and all our how to pay us details (click here). Deposit the amount for your purchase quoting order number, we will see it in our account within 48 hours.
